Delivery timelines depend on location:

  • Within Karnataka: 2–4 business days

  • South India: 3–5 business days

  • Rest of India: 4–7 business days

  • Remote areas: May take extra time depending on courier availability

These are estimated timelines and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or unexpected circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery location.

  • Occasionally, we offer Free Shipping during promotions or for minimum order values.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking link

  • Courier partner details

  • Shipment ID

You can track your order at any time using the provided link.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address, phone number, and pin code are correct.

  • Wrong address entry

  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

  • Courier delays beyond our control

If a package returns due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges will apply.

6. Damaged Package During Transit

If your package appears damaged or tampered with:

  • Do not accept the delivery

  • Take a photo/video of the package

  • Contact us immediately within 24 hours

We will coordinate with the courier partner and assist you with a replacement.
